Payment provider
Payments are completed on Razorpay. Razorpay may process your payment and contact information under its own privacy and security terms. This website does not collect your card details, UPI PIN or OTP.
Please do not send us an OTP, UPI PIN, card PIN, CVV, or full payment card number.

We use personal information to process registrations, verify payment status, deliver joining instructions or programme materials, provide support, prevent fraud and abuse, maintain records, improve the website, and comply with applicable legal obligations. Payments are processed through Razorpay or another payment provider identified at checkout. Payment credentials such as card details, UPI PINs, and OTPs are collected directly by the provider and are not stored by irshadansari.in. The provider may process information under its own privacy policy and legal obligations.

We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary for programme delivery, support, accounting, dispute resolution, fraud prevention, and legal compliance. Retention periods may differ by record type. Information that is no longer required is deleted, anonymised, or securely restricted where practical.
